Hiring a cohost or property manager allows you to maximize your rental income while minimizing the stress and time involved in managing your property. I handle everything from guest communication and bookings to cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your guests.

Earnings vary based on location, property type, and market demand. I conduct a thorough analysis of your property and the local market to provide you with a tailored projection, ensuring you understand the potential revenue and occupancy rates you can expect. If I see any opportunity to make your listing more competitive by re-working the design or adding certain amenities, I can make those suggestions to you and create a timeline of when to reinvest into these upgrades.

There is a flat fee for design and setup of your property, depending on the amount of work required. I provide an estimate once we’ve done an initial consultation. My full-service management fee is a percentage of the gross revenue of your listing.

I understand that transitioning can be challenging. I recommend reviewing your current contract to determine the best way to proceed and I can guide you through the process of making a smooth transition to my services when you're ready.

Small damages do happen occasionally, and are considered the “cost of doing business”. In the rare event that more significant damage occurs, I will handle the claims process and do my best to see that you are compensated for any damages as quickly as possible. I educate clients on which insurances to have in place just in case.

While larger companies may have brand recognition, I pride myself on offering personalized service and attention to detail that can often be lacking with big firms. My smaller scale allows me to customize my approach to your property and provide a more responsive experience. With me, you won’t be just another one of hundreds or thousands of listings under my management. You’ll be onboarded to a boutique style property manager, where I have the capacity and heart to care for your property as if it were my own.

Getting started is simple! First, I’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your property and your goals. After assessing your needs, we’ll determine how much design and set up is needed for your home. Once you’re on board, I handle everything—whether that’s getting your property ready to host its first guest ever, or handling the transition from another management company. I can work around any timeline (e.g. if you are ready to get started now or if you are still under construction).

The cohosting model gives you complete transparency, so you are always informed on how your property is performing and how I’m doing as a host.
At this time I am only offering full-service cohosting to ensure we get the best results and less variability. I find that if we can cut down on the back and forth by taking every aspect of management under my control, we see a more efficient process, fewer details lost in translation, and a smoother experience for all parties involved, including guests, cleaners, and maintenance.
